My Go-To Green Juice

If you follow me on the Insta, if you are a client of mine, or you know a client of mine then you have heard about green juice! I have a green juice every morning because it starts my day off on a good and healthy note. Did you know that we should be getting 10 servings of fruits and veggies a day? That is a lot!! Green juice makes that goal more attainable because you are starting your day off with some good quality fruits and veggies. Of course, there are so many benefits which is why I make this a priority in my day!

Although I love many kinds of green juice, my go-to is one without cruciferous veggies in it so that it will not cause bloat. When I say my go-to, I mean the one that you see on my IG stories daily - like I said, big part of my day! So, what exactly is in my daily green juice?

Ingredients:

  • 2 Stalks Organic Celery*

  • 1 Layer of Organic Fennel Bulb*

  • 1 Organic Apple*

  • 4 Small Organic Cucumbers*

  • Peeled Organic Ginger* to taste

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1 Lime

*It is important to use organic produce in your green juice because this juice is going straight to your blood stream and you don’t want to send pesticides straight into your blood stream.

Directions:

  • Juice in a juicer ;)

Depending on the veggies, this makes around 30 oz.

Juice is so easy to adjust to your preferred taste. You can add another apple for sweetness, you can add more ginger for spice, etc. Don’t be afraid to add cruciferous veggies (kale, spinach, collards, etc.), I definitely do drink those in my juice if I have leftovers of any of that, but this is my preferred just for bloat’s sake.
